needing support and advice

i took a pregnancy test last thursday & had a faint positive, took another one saturday and it was more positive than the other. i was excited about it too soon. saturday night i began having brownish red discharge, very out of the ordinary for me. and woke up bleeding very heavily and bled very heavily yesterday and continued bleeding into today but not as bad. i’m getting stomach pain all over and cramps and i believe it’s probably a miscarriage. my friend bled in the beginning of her pregnancy but for no real reason and carried to term. but i just need some advice on what to take from this. thanks.
