Diva cup?

Ive been thinking about buying a diva cup. But I work nine hour shifts and am not sure if it would work with that. I usually use tampons and have to change it out during the half point of my shift. Can diva cups be left in? You need to wash it out in a sink and it’s usually pretty messy which wouldn’t really allow it to be rinsed out in a public restroom, right? Do you ever have to buy a new one or does it only last a few periods?

It depends on your flow. I can wear mine all day most days, and only empty before and after bed. If you do need to empty it while out, it is easy enough to empty it in the toilet and wipe it out with tp or a wet wipe while in the stall, you don't need to clean it in the sink.

I’ve used disposable cups instead of the diva cup, called soft disc, that way I won’t have to clean out a cup in a public restroom. The disposable cups last up to 12 hours, which is so convenient because you can work all day, get home, and then replace the cup.

I've used it before and it's not practical to rinse it out in a public bathroom and I also wore a panty liner with it because using your muscles in your vagina can shift it and cause it to tip and leak
