Period symptoms but no blood with kyleena?

Hi all!

I got kyleena about 4-5 months ago and since then My periods have been pretty regular, but extremely long (13 days ish)

I am currently 14 days late for my period. I have had mild mild mild spotting (like not even enough for a pantyliner Bc it comes out in the wash) for a few days now and have had sore boobs/cramps/pms/everything about a period except for blood

Is this normal?? Did my period go away for good?? I heard that can happen. Or is it prob just late?

Note: I’m really not worried about pregnancy I’m more worried if my iud shifted and that is causing the cramps.

Also, I have never been able to feel the strings and doctor said that was normal Bc she cut them very short. So really I have no way to know except symptoms :/
