Anyone know what this rash on my baby is?!

My baby is 7 months old and he’s had it for 4 days. I took him to the doctor and the doctor said “it’s hard to say”
She says she thinks it’s either a virus or allergies and to call back if it’s still there in a week...
I really want to fix it ASAP, he finds it a little itchy, I mean should I get a second opinion from a new doc??? Any ideas

It could be a reaction from the vaccine that they gave him if he recently got shots my son always breaks out in hives like that with a fever just wait a couple more days and it should go away

I think it looks like something from a virus. I'd say put breastmilk on it and see if that helps it

Was he recently vaccinated by any chance? If she was throwing out ideas like for example allergies, she could’ve had him tested for it, and for the virus also could’ve figured that out with testing then you’d know. My first thought was eczema until I saw a ton of tiny little rashes all over the back. I don’t believe that’s it.
