I just started this today and confused to how it works..I know I'm supposed to take it at the same time every morning..but isn't tracking bby more of a way to track your cycle and not know when ovulation is coming..I have opks as well..

BBT tracking is to know the day you ovulate and if you are pregnant without the tests. When I was TTC last time I was able to pinpoint the exact day my daughter was conceived. I showed my Dr. I went off my birth control and never had my period between when I went off my BC and when I got pregnant so having this chart was very helpful! You don't have to track your BBT if you don't want to or if it's too confusing, but it's a very helpful tool.
