Anyone else carrying a large baby?!

I had an ultrasound today at 35.4 because I’m already measuring full term and several weeks ahead. Turns out little lady is already 7lb1oz. They said ultrasounds aren’t always accurate the later in pregnancy you get but that this early enough that this is likely almost exactly what her weight is. After talking with my docs early on we opted for a c section after delivery complications with my first born. Curious to see how big she will be when she makes her entrance and if I’ll make it to 39.4 when my c section is scheduled! Anyone measure big and make it to their due date still? Somehow I’ve only gained 5 pounds this pregnancy. I’m just all baby and getting uncomfortable. 4 weeks to go!
