Very faint line or am i just seeing things?

So i been feeling a constant nauseousness in my stomach for a couple weeks now and i it only made me actually physically puke once so far. So i decided to take this text this morning since today had been more of that feeling than the past couple days. And this is what i got. Am i just seeing things or could that possibly be a faint line?
