Cramping in ovary days after ovulation

Idk where I’m going with this but maybe someone could help me. It’s past my ovulation and since I’ve BD before I ovulated I’ve been having constant pains everyday that come and go throughout the day located where my left ovary is..any ideas of what it could be ? I’ve also had some pink spotting not much but I can see when I wipe..and I’m getting acne on my chin and I neverrrrr get acne I also feel extremely bloated to the point if I suck it in it actually hurts me
