So I know all of these things are normal but I can't help but freak out and I need to vent bc if I tell my mom or my husband they will take me to the ER lol.

I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow. My baby's heart rate was only 111 at my appointment last week (which seems low to me bc my son's first heart rate was 167). My cramping has came back after being gone for like a week. And just now when I wiped there was dark (brown) blood. Again I know all of this is normal but I am so scared right now. This is baby #2 for us and we've been so excited. I just need some reassurance that everything is going to be okay 😭
