Does pumping make you tired?

Question

I have noticed that if I pump at night I have a very hard time getting up in the morning.
I feel like it might be because of the pumping or me feeling that I was productive ( I often do stuff after I pump) so I let my self sleep in.
I don't know what to do.

I fund I’m waking up with post-partum night sweats anyways, so it’s not that hard to wake up to pump.  I’ve been trying to put the milk in the freezer, put my phone away and go bs k to sleep as quickly as I can. 
Then again I’m waking up every morning to drive to the NICU, not getting up to care for a baby at home. So it’s a different kind of exhaustion overall.

My sleep is so messed up this time around... I was on it with my third, pumped every 2.5 hours like a freaking champ. I barely slept and hes 20mo now. This time I'm dying having to get up to pump... I can't make myself get up at 230 for anything! It's so frustrating. I pump at 11 or 12 then at 530 when I get my husband up. We have even slept in a few days... I pump at 8 then lay back down if my 20mo is not awake... it's bad...I seem to be making enough but I dunno, I feel guilty 😬
