It does work and if you actually pay attention to your child like apparent should, they're not dangerous at all. I used one on both of my boys, just passed down from my first to his brother, and it worked great with both of them.

I was a live in nanny and the mom insisted having her child wear the necklace and it was more of a choker necklace than anything. It did not help with teething. It bothered her.

I've been interested in getting one can I ask why there dangerous, there for the mom to wear so a baby would never be alone with it

My aunt bought it for my DD and it burnt the skin around her neck.

I used one, my baby never drooled. But I’ll be honest - I stopped using it a little before 1 year old & her molars or canines haven’t made her drool either. 🤷🏼‍♀️
So I’m not positive it actually helped.
