Bleeding after transvaginal ultrasound

I had my ultrasound today @10:30-11 went back to work as everything is okay 2 o’clock came and it felt like I wet myself. Thinking it was just normal discharge I went to go clean it up. Turns out it was blood it went through my panties and pants. And it’s a mix of brown and bright red should I be concern. Already called the dr they told me to just wait it out
