Miserable cramping

I just wanted to see if anyone else has had Kyleena. Currently I’ve had it since July, and mostly the normal things have happened, but since the beginning of September to now, I’ve had 3 full length periods, and with the current one, I have cramps so bad it hurts to stand up straight. The bleeding is light, and when I wipe there’s hardly anything, but the pain is pretty rough. Usually I can handle pain pretty well but this just sucks. I’ve tried calling my doctor with no call back, so I was just wondering if anyone’s experienced something similar with it until I can get a hold of my doctor? Any feedback is appreciated. 🖤 Thank you!
