Bleeding?!

I’m so scared. I’m 13w2d, and yesterday I got some blood on the toilet paper when I wiped. Dark brown, old-looking blood. Only when I wiped. Obviously I called my OB office. After asking a lot of questions, they felt it was from a somewhat intense sex session with my hubby Saturday night. I told them I’d been having light cramping that started a couple hours after we had sex. Anyway, the bleeding stopped yesterday evening, however I’m horrified to see that it’s back as of an hour or so ago. I’m soooo scared. I suffered an early mc back in May, so of course I’m scared!!! Does anyone have positive outcomes to similar situations?! Please help!!!
