There is no right answer because everyone is different. I was too young at 18; I was naive and not ready for any of the consequences that possibly can result from sex. I chose not to have it yet because even though I knew about protection, etc. I also knew nothing was 100% and I was not ready to deal with that.

Legally, youre an adult and realistically 18 is the youngest I'd want my daughter to have sex. Sex is very overrated and over hyped. Its great at first but fies after some time. Theres really no rush ans advise everyone to enjoy their time and not focus on the insignificant things like sex.
