BetaHcG 230, still not much of a line on ICs!!!

Period due today
Has Beta HCG done 8.30 am this am and it was 230!
Earlier at 6.30am I had FMU tested with FRER and IC. IC had hardly any line! It says its sensitive over 25 units of BHCG!! Then why there was no clear line with a level 230!!!
