How to know how much you’re producing
How do you ladies know that you’re producing enough milk? Outside of pumping and measuring, how do I know I’m giving my baby enough? She’s seems to ALWAYS want to nurse. She maybe goes 1-1.5 hours between feedings during the day (at night she goes 3-4 hours). It makes me feel like she isn’t getting enough...
