Vvvvfl or going nuts?

I’ve posted this in a few different groups trying to get as many opinions as possible. I miscarried 10/5 and have PCOS. I haven’t had a period since but haven’t used protection. I followed HCG back to 0 a few weeks ago. I did have a day of EWCM about a week and half ago. Temp has spiked and stayed up, RHR is up like last time, and my boobs hurt. The last 5 days have been flashing smiley which has been confusing. Yesterday I got a negative and had cramping most of the day like ovulation pain. What do you all think????
