Something odd happened yesyerday and I’m a little nervous about it, I was wondering if anyone had something similar and could help.. as some back ground Info my sleep schedule has been a little all over and I’ve also been stressed lately.at work, I felt this weird twitching feeling with slight pain on the back left side of my head ( where the occipital artery would be) and I wanna say I felt dizzy for less than a second, or my vision looked off, not Completely blurry or anything. It lasted 5 seconds and was over. After that I was getting random sharp pains on the area of my head and a small pain above that eye and then it all stopped. I’m healthy, 22, with nothing that really runs in my Family.. could this have been a muscle spasm?? Today I felt a small twitch in the area but that’s it. I’m scared this is like some kind of blood clot or disorder and idk what to do:(
