Injectable medication??

Question

Has anyone did the injectable fertility medication? I’ve been TTC for a year now and done over 20 rounds of letrozole or Clomid with 4 IUI’s and nothing :/ doctor wants to do one more round of Letrozole and then switch to Injectable medication... any advice? Good or bad?

I’m lucky to get one. I don’t respond to them .. out of 20+ cycles I’ve had 4 IUIs and 3 timed intercourse. But my doctor said we would do injectables once or twice and then if I chose to do IVF I can but if not we’ll keep doing them so I assume he meant use them for IUI.

How many follicles are you getting with clomid and femara alone for IUIs? 
I did injectibles for IVF but not for IUI. There is a risk that you'll produce too many if you respond well and it will have to be converted to IVF or a failed cycle.
