Anyone else hate their English professor/class?

I don't hate her, but she can be frustrating. She never grades anything on time nor gives any type of feedback. Nobody in the class knows where they stand. She runs late & informed us that we're finishing the semester early because she is going on vacation. Really, lady? We're paying for this class. I've never seen anything like this....

I asked my teacher if we should describe something quantitatively or qualitatively and she responded saying 
“either works! You could do quantitatively like saying 75% or qualitatively like saying half way between completely agree and midway agree”
THESE ARE BOTH QUANTITATIVELY!! She fully did not know at all what she was talking about 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ she described the exact same thing twice using two different words.
That would be like saying I have 2 dogs or i have half way between 1 and 3 dogs. 
Idk why but that really bothered me
