Pills are quick fixes & once you stop, if you didn’t change your lifestyle & eating habits the weight will just pile back on, usually adding more. Just saying. Has happened to everyone I’ve ever seen take any. You’re better off working at it slow & steady, that way you also won’t have as much lose skin (depending on how much weight you lose).

I took adipex, I was on it for roughly 2 months and lost 13.5 Pounds, stopped it, got pregnant, miscarried and haven’t taken it since before I was pregnant and now I’m down to 119.2 as of today just eating healthy and watching what I eat and trying to drink less soda.
