My nurse said I’m having contractions but my doctor didn’t say anything about it

Braxton hicks are normal. Usually happen in the third trimester but some women get them before. Your most likely getting Braxton Hicks which is why they’re probably not concerned. If they’re painful that’s when you and your doctors should be concerned.
