My daughter is 90% breastfed. She gets 1 formula bottle before bed per her pediatrician for weight gain. She also had reflux so she gets her meds for that as well. Since adding the reflux meds and the formula bottle at night she’s been having a horrible time pooping. Before this she would poop 4-6 times a day. Now she’s pooping once every 1-3 days. She’s hysterical when she tries to go & it’s breaking my heart. I’ve tried gas drops, warm bath, tummy time, belly rubs, small pressure to the belly by bouncing her on my legs, bicycle legs, thermometer in her rectum to loosen things up (per pediatrician), rectal massages. What else? Any words of encouragement? This momma wants to cry 🥺
