Has anyone tried vitex?

My midwife recommended it after 2 losses and 2 years of TTC 
I’m curious if anyone here has tried it and found it worked for helping conceive?

Hello!I took started taking vitex at the beginning of the month to regulate my period because I'm irregular and go months with no period. I actually got it 3 weeks after taking it. I recommend it, all research shows it helps fertility.

Only take it if you are irregular! It impacts your hypothalamus and if taken when not needed, it can have opposite effects and mess up your cycle
