Advice please!!!

So a little history:

Before I had kids growing up I would say periods were normal got pregnant twice got in mirena after was on it for 7 years and I took it out about 8 months ago My periods started off really irregular which I guess is supposed to be expected ...these last couple months they’ve gotten a little more regular(anywhere between 26-29 day cycles)

I’m three days late now going on 32 days from my last start date of period ...no period yet...have been having moderately painful cramps, sensitive vagina(yes the inside) and lower back ache. Fatigue as all hell, nauseaous and super bloated and weird fluttering for about 1 1/2 weeks. I took a test three days before my missed period and thought I possibly had a super super faint line and I just took another one being two days late in my period and it shows negative. I’ve never had more then a 29 day cycle since being off the mirena. Also on a side note: I had sex last night super horny and all that and I was so sensitive and it started to hurt ever thrust started to become unbareable.

I am asking you guys because my insurance just lapsed so I can’t quite go to the doctors yet unless absolutely necessary and I don’t have really any girlfriends to get some advice from.

I’m nervous I could have cysts or possibly something else and worried my birth control just completely screwed me up. My SO and I have been TTC since being off the mirena
