Honestly I have no idea the answer to your question. I’m kinda busy all through out the day which in turn makes me feel dehydrated and results in taking a sip of something at most every five minutes. So I drink when I’m thirsty and I try for water through out the day. “Oh I should have some more water” but I add frozen fruit to it as well ☺️

I drink a minimum of 2 liters a day but usually it's more like 3.

They wanted me drinking a gallon 124oz but I get in 100oz daily. I’m sure that’s more than enough lol

I’m trying so hard but probably 60 oz or so. 
I recently started putting liquid IV packets into my way to up the intake. My doc approved it. Worth checking out if you feel you’re not getting enough hydration!

If I’m honest with myself, probably 40-60 oz... ideally, I’m trying to drink at least 80 oz.
