I got this one and its amazing! The smaller arm is detachable, which has made travel a lot more comfortable since I got pregnant. The head pillow is a little too flat for me so I add a pillow to make myself comfortable.

Preggle! I needed a body pillow but wanted to use my own pillow for my head cause I'm real particular about my head pillow. This is one of the only good body pillows with a place to go in between your legs and knees that I could find.
