Is this the Mandela effect or something???

I can’t be the only one that remembers iPhones and iPods having the setting that lets you have a dark screen instead of a white screen BEFORE the latest update

I remember back when I was in middle school and got an iPod for the first time and I was able to do that

And I remember when I got my first iPhone I was able to do it but everyone thought it was weird to have a black screen so I didn’t use it

And no I’m not talking about the power saving mode or whatever that dims/ puts a hue of color on the screen to protect your eyes
