wrinkles?? i’m 22!!

am i getting wrinkles on my forehead?? i’m only 22 years old, this is really bothering me they are all i can see when i look at myself in the mirror. could they be anything else? if they are wrinkles how can i stop them!

It’s normal and I agree with the other commenter about starting anti-aging skin regimen. You can exfoliate, use lotion day and night, and make sure to use sunscreen. All good habits to have as you get older, too. 😊

Healthy diet with lots of veggies and fruits. Drink a lot of water and stay out of the sun. Don’t overdo the skincare. Just clean, tone and moisturize and wear sunscreen.

Botox!!!!!! I have the same thing, and vertical lines between my brows (but I'm also 33 years old) Botox is my BEST FRIEND for wrinkles. Works as a preventative measure too. I'm currently pregnant and cant get botox for a while (cant while breast feeding too) and I'm ITCHING for some once its time. Best thing ever!

you can use anti-aging skincare but those usually reduce future wrinkles and/or make your skin hydrated to reduce the APPEARANCE of wrinkles. once you have wrinkles there's no going back. my mother probably brainwashed me so idk how accurate it is but i try not to be in the sun for too long and i religiously put on sunscreen lol. also when you touch your face, try not to pull at it at all, or at least not in a way that encourages wrinkles. and the way you sleep. most of it is genetics though.
