Basically, I’ve been with my boyfriend for over 3 years(we are both 19) but my parents are against. I’m studying abroad currently & my bf is serving in the army for 2 years. So I’m going back home for Xmas,but my mum already told me that she won’t let me see him and have any connection with him. She thinks if his family is from village and he’s been not studying well at school then we don’t have anything in common. I’ve told my bf about this problem ,he told me that is ready to do anything i want to be with me. I even told my parents that I’m not going to be with anyone besides him and my parents just told me that it’s better to be alone than with someone like him. My parents think I’m not grateful for everything they did for because I don’t listen to their advice. I feel really stressed, as i love my parents so so much but at the same time i love my bf & it would just be my dream to make my parents accept him😔
