CoQ10?

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for almost 3 years now with 3 early miscarriages. I am 26 and have been seeing a fertility specialist for 6 months now. We found out that at 26 I have very low egg count and poor quality eggs. They’ve suggested IVF but it’s around 20,000 for us in Canada with medications and the procedure. If we’re spending that I would like to improve my chances of viable eggs. I’ve been doing a lot of research and read CoQ10 can improve egg health. I’m wondering what dose everyone’s taking and where they buy it in Canada? Specifically ontario.
