Shoes!
Recently got into going to the gym to just be more active and shed some weight.
I do cardio (not running- more elliptical, biking, rowing etc) and have been starting up weight machines (ex. leg presses)
Wondering if anyone has any good shoe recommendations? Should I be going for more of a training shoe vs a running style?
My feet haven’t been very comfortable in my Nike free’s ):
Have little bit wider feet but not a big arch
