Swear to goodness I’m not symptom spotting!! 11 dpo, negative test as I posted earlier. Just now and as we speak, I have these sharp painful cramps in my uterus/ right side. It stops, then comes right back again. Has anyone had this and it turned out to be a bfp? I usually don’t cramp until minutes before my period starts & they are full and super achey.
