Formula poop question-TMI

So my daughter was breastfed you until about 3 weeks ago. We switched her to formula gradually over a week by mixing the two. She was doing great! We started her on Similac Pro-Sensitive and it seemed fine. She got small eczema patches on her cheeks but the weather also got cold and dry where we live. I was worried about it and we tried Similac Alimentum for a couple days but it smelled horrible and didn’t seem to make a hug difference. We didn’t use it long though obviously.. anyway. She’s on Similac Pro-Total Comfort now and recently she’s been having mucous in her poops and they STINK! She has been more fussy than normal and sleeping more during the day. She seems to get very uncomfortable before pooping.

I also realized I’d been packing the scoops of formula instead of keeping them unpacked. Not a lot but I was probably giving her too much. I’m working today and now my mom is saying she won’t stop crying. Is this due to formula? She’s 5 months so could it be teething? Should I change formula or call the doctor? No idea what to do! This is all new to us.
