Extinction naps update

Day 3 of nap ST.

After day 1 I realized that Ferber was too stimulating for Lo. Every time I went in it made him more upset.

Day 2 took LO about 20-30min of crying before he fell asleep and all naps were about 30min and crying the rest of crib time.

Today day 3. First nap took him 20min to fall asleep. He slept for 30 cried another 10 and then calmed down but didn’t fall back asleep. Second nap took him only 13 min and he slept a whole 49min!

I’m only doing this for naps right now but I’m so proud of my baby boy!
