I’m currently on cycle day 39 and 4 days late from my estimated period. How long should I wait to take a test? Just don’t want to be let down again 😭 after 3 years of trying and never getting a positive

Lately I’ve been pretty on time with my periods which is nice for a change with PCOS. Not sure if I’m late due to fact that I started keto and exercising to help lose the weight to help us conceive with PCOS.

Would y’all go ahead and test or what for a specific time frame? I started tracking my BBT too and my chart so far is below!
