Hi all,

Im a first time mom, my baby just turn a month old.

I’ve been using dr bronner baby soap for my showers. Recently because of my ocd I’ve been a little excessive with washing..with repeated soaping and rinsing especially around my breast. Thinking it’s cleaner and better for the baby :( (I bf my baby)

However the Castile soap has left my body a chalky powdery residue on my skin and breast..i can’t seem to wash it off..I’ve heard of Castile soap leaving a white film on dishes..but not on skin..I’m really concerned about the residue since my baby will be ingesting it if I breastfeed her :(

It’s been really heart breaking and stressful for me..since I had to stop breastfeeding her just to be safe. i don’t know what to do..

Ive tried emailing and calling dr bronner’s customer service but no ones answering.

If anyone has any clue what the white residue is..and if it’s safe to continuing breastfeeding do let me know..
