Is this a lip tie? My baby nurses fine but doesn’t take a bottle. Could this be why

Not if she’s nursing well. Most lip ties and tongue ties do not need treatment. If she’s struggling with the bottle you can always reach out to a lactation consultant. They help with all forms of feeding!!

These FB pages are EXTREMELY helpful and informational when it comes to ties! They do typically need to be revised. There are probably a handful of other problems due to the tie that you don’t even realize are related :)

Some babies dont like bottles if there bf, sometimes it could also be the bottle they dont like. Have you tried a few different bottles. I've also heard that some babies that are bf wont take a bottle from there mom or they wont take one while there mom is in the room.
