Not touching them and using that Aztec healing clay on them works for me. The Aztec mask usually takes the swelling down and if I don’t touch them they usually go away pretty quickly. The clay is on Amazon for like $10.

Have you gone to a dermatologist?

i got rid of mine with proactiv 3 step after dealing with it for about 4 yrs. if you start using proactiv, take vitamins for your skin and drink lots of water (yes this does help) and also, limit the amount of candy/chocolate/dairy that you’re consuming.
