Smoothie for baby
I made this smoothie today and my LO loves it. She was literally licking the bowl. Here’s the recipe if you want to try it - (it’s a great immunity boosting recipe)
Ingredients:
3 oranges
3 bananas
3 carrots
2 kiwis
2 tomatoes
Some grated ginger
Handful of spinach
Pinch of turmeric powder
1/2 cup of water
Chop all ingredients and blend it till smooth.
I’ve frozen the rest of it and plan on giving it to her for lunch. We’re doing Baby Led weaning, so I might offer some cucumber sticks or sautéed veggies with it.
