What time do YOU go to bed?

Random question but what time do you guys go to bed? My husband thinks I go to bed too early but geez we have a newborn🤣

I pre nap now from roughly 939-11 or midnight depending on how long the baby sleeps then am up off and on all night with the longest stretch of sleep being 2 hours once until 7ish am when I can feed him one last time and hand him off to my husband and try to nap a couple hours or an hour in the morning after pumping.... my life is just 2 hour nap increments now 😂

9ish. But it’s only that late, as my daughter needs to have medication and a feed at 8pm exactly (it can’t be any earlier or later) and because of being prem she has a number of feeding difficulties which means the feed can take up to an hour.

830-930pm because I know my sleep is going to be interrupted many times.  If I go to bed at 830 and get out of bed at 830, my Fitbit shows I get 6-7 hours of sleep 😬

Between 10-11just depending on LO. Only because I don’t feel like going to bed at 8-9 and having to wake up from a deep sleep to feed him.

As soon as my older 2 are in bed I feed the baby and hand her off to dad so I can jump in bed. That's usually around 8 and then I'm up throughout the night feeding and rocking.

I base it on what time last feed is and gauging what time her ‘deep sleep’ period was during the day. She has another deep sleep at night where she will take a 4-5 hour stretch so I like to have her ready for her crib between 9 and 11 and will do the last feed in bed.

We have always gone to bed late, so it’s tough breaking that habit, even though we are tired. We say we are going to try to get to bed early, but it hasn’t happened yet. 😂 So we usually go to bed between 10 and 11. We were on track for earlier tonight, but then our baby girl had a massive spit up that required changing and cleaning the couch. So that derailed our plans to get to bed early. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Too late 🙃😫 we put both kids down by 7:45-8 and every night I say I’m going to go to sleep right away but then I always end up wanting to stay up and relax with my husband without the kids for a couple hours.
