Implantation bleeding?

I had sex last saturday and for about 5 days I've been spotting off and on and it looks like this. Keep in mind I dont have regular periods at all and I'm not able to bleed on my own due to hormone deficiencies.

Answer

I had implantation bleeding on 12dpo exactly. It was very light pink and there was no red. Later that evening there was a little brown blood. That was the only day out of the whole pregnancy that I seen blood. I do believe it can vary.
