I can’t help but feel embarrassed , there wasn’t a whole lot but still a bit... 
I did it with my bf and after we did it we didn’t really speak about the whole experience . Should I feel embarassed?  Does this happen to a lot of ppl?

It happens to a lot of people. It's a learning experience for sure, maybe for the time being, leave anal for when you guys are in the shower. Then later when you're more comfortable with it, you can try again in bed. Always allow yourself a minimum of 6 hrs before anal with no major, full meals to help prevent those uncomfortable moments.
