Belly support bands?
I’m 30 weeks and I find myself holding my stomach up to take strain off my back. Particularly in the mornings. Has anyone tried a belly support band? Does it actually help? Belly bands are pretty expensive and I only have a few weeks left of being pregnant anyways. Is it worth the $60 price tag at this point? Thanks
