Second pregnancy, different symtpoms??

Question

This is my second my son is going to be 1 on 11/26 and this time around my symptoms are completely different, no breast tenderness now morning sickness yet, just tired and blegh feeling. Had mt first drs appt but have to wait until 11/18 for my actual ultrasound and registration appt, i am just worried this one isnt a sticky one. has anyone else had a completely different time with each pregnancy?

This is my second pregnancy after my daughter and loss and the difference I have is my boobs are heavy and sore on sides and under neith and so tired completely different to my last pregnancy I guess every pregnancy is different x I got for a scan on Tuesday wishing u all happy healthy baby’s xoxo

Same. All my symptoms are totally different this time round. No nausea or anything last time just hip pain and headaches. And this time loads of bloating, nausea, dizziness, etc
