Today is my spouse birthday while I’m at home with a headache I’ve had for 3 days with a newborn and 2 older children my spouse left out at 11am it’s 4 and hasn’t been home and didn’t text me until 2 pm to say “I’ve been solo parked at the liquor store “ I find it hard to believe , like you don’t share your birthday with your family or text me ? We haven’t been having sex because I’ve been very vocal because of the lack of help or affection so I’ve restrained from sex if it’s not emotional . Is my spouse cheating ?
