Hi everyone !!!
Quick Question : I thought I would come to my glow family for some answers because you guys obviously rock !!  Anyway , phentermine the “ weight loss medicine “ has anyone been on this & then got pregnant? 
My doctor recommended that I take it to shed a couple pounds plus gym & eating less carbs , sugars etc...  any successful stories ?

I didn't take it due to ttc but bc I found myself at 203 lb.. I took it for two months in 2017 and dropped 40 pounds. I lost another 30 after that by clean eating and exercise without phentermine but I didn't do low carb but just portioned control on carbs (like 1 piece of toast instead of 4 lmao) anyway we got pregnant the first month ttc and she's 13 months now🥰

I actually got pregnant as soon as I started taking it and didn’t realize until a month later. I stopped as soon as I found out but I still had lost weight. I also gave birth to a beautiful baby girl. 🥰

I took Phentermine and lost 60lbs in 8 months. I used the Phentermine to help adjust to a vegan diet and pretty much did OMAD for awhile. Kept it off for years before I got pregnant and now my doctor is about to give it to me again. I don’t think you need to be vegan that’s just what I picked. I hear Keto is magical too but honestly OMAD will do the trick

Just be aware that it is a stimulant and narcotic. Think hard about if you really need it, nobody starts an addiction with the intention of becoming addicted. Not trying to be dramatic but I feel like doctors give out narcotics without properly education people and in turn people have the idea that "it wont happen to me".   Just get all the info before starting it so you can make a healthy choice.
