Persistent ovarian cysts

I'm a little confused. I have to call tomorrow to set up an ultrasound to check the "large" ovarian cyst the dr found friday on my left ovary. This is the 4th confirmed cyst on my left ovary in the last 8 years. I have an 11 month old daughter (that was conceived immediately after we started trying) so I dont think endo or psoc because they cause infertility. I also have have super regular periods. Insanely heavy (clots twice the size of tampons 7-8 times per monthly cycle). I'm worried that the only way to help is birth control. I've been on 4 different types of birth control and none have worked out. I'm allergic to the patch, the shot I bled 11 months straight, both pills I tried made me suicidal. I'm just wondering if theres any hope for me 😞
