Alright ladies SOS.

I am currently on nuvaring, 3 weeks in 1 week out. Of course this month i didnt do well at tracking but other months are.

I am currently 4-8 days late ( depending on what app you choose) and i am ALWAYS regular down to the time it starts. We did have sex with my birth control in & this week when it was out pre period which did (swim)lol iykyk

Ive taken a few test the last few days & negatives.

I had red/brown spotting lightly friday and very light to nothimg the last few days. I have had back cramps & period like cramps.

Im doubting i am but i got a lil emo over

something v small and i have been down & moody the last week. Other than that no other systems that ive noticed.

Opinions?

I didnt track much but the last week of the month we did have unprotected sex.
